If you need additional support to contact us or get information, we want to help you in any way we can. These are the services that can help your specific need.
Help with reading your bill
If you’re on pay monthly you can ask us to provide your bills in Braille, large print or audio. Just call Customer Care on 0345 301 4455 and we’ll do the rest.
Help with speaking to us
If you have difficulties speaking or hearing, you can use the New Generation Text Service (NGTS) app. This allows you to type what you want to say and an assistant will say the words for you. The assistant can also type the other person’s replies for you to read.
