How to collect and spend Clubcard points with Tesco Mobile

Collect Clubcard points with Tesco Mobile

Whether you’re a pay monthly or Pay as you go Essentials customer, you can collect 1 Clubcard point for ever £1 you spend on your bill or top-up.

To start, first you’ll need to link your Clubcard.

Using Clubcard points to save on your Tesco Mobile bill

When you have 250 Clubcard points or more, you can request a Clubcard voucher. You can then exchange this for a Reward Partner code — which can be used to save money on your monthly bill.

You can also use a Reward Partner code to save on the cost of a new pay monthly phone or upgrade.

How to request a Clubcard voucher

  1. Collect at least 250 Clubcard points.
  2. Log into your Clubcard account.
  3. Select the option marked Clubcard account, then Vouchers.
  4. Choose the option Turn my points into vouchers, then follow the instructions.


You can also request a Clubcard voucher in the Tesco Grocery and Clubcard app.

How to get a Reward Partner code

  1. First, follow the steps above to get a Clubcard voucher.
  2. Go to the Tesco Mobile rewards page on the Clubcard site. You’ll need to sign in with your account details, if you haven’t already.
  3. Enter the amount of Voucher credit you wish to spend, then select Start your order.
  4. You’ll then receive an email with you Reward Partner code. This will usually arrive within 15 minutes, but it may take longer due to security checks.

Using a code on the Tesco Mobile app

Tap on the Account button at the bottom of the screen, then select Clubcard.

Choose the option marked Enter Reward Partner code and follow the instructions.

This will lower your next monthly bill. The discount will be equal to the value of the Reward Partner code that you entered.

Using a code on My Account

  • Log in to My Account.
  • Choose the option marked Clubcard, then Pay with Clubcard voucher.
  • When prompted, enter your Reward Partner code. 
  • This will lower your next monthly bill. The discount will be equal to the value of the Reward Partner code that you entered.

 

We recommend that you enter a Reward Partner code at least 24 hours before your bill is due to be taken. This will allow enough time for your code to be processed. Otherwise, the discount may be applied to your next month’s bill.

 

Using a code to save on a new phone (or upgrade)

  • When ordering your phone from tescomobile.com, you can use your Reward Partner code at checkout.
  • Look for the box labelled Voucher or coupon code. Enter your code then select Apply.
  • A discount will be applied to your order, matching the value of your code.
