Click and Collect Frequently Asked Questions
Click+Collect is available at Tesco stores for selected pay monthly phones ordered online or over the phone. You can choose to collect your order for free from selected Tesco stores or have your order delivered for free to your home address. We have over 2,600 Tesco stores available for Click+Collect at the moment.

If you order by 4pm (Monday – Friday) your order should be ready to collect within two working days. If you order after 4pm or at the weekend (including bank holidays), your order should be ready to collect within three working days. Delivery to stores in remote areas and Northern Ireland may take a little longer.
Collecting your order
We’ll email you when your order is on its way to your chosen store and again once it’s ready for collection. Please bring your order number and valid photo ID with you to the Click+Collect point to collect your order. This needs to be your driving licence, passport or an Armed Forces ID card. We’ll hold your order in store for 14 days. After this, we’ll get in touch to find out if you want to cancel or re-order.
Returning your order
You can’t return a device to your Click+Collect location. Our pay monthly returns policy gives you all the information you need if you decide not to keep your phone.

What do I need to bring with me when collecting my order?
You’ll need to bring photo ID when you come to collect your parcel. Valid photo ID needs to be a driving licence, passport or Armed Forces ID card.
Can someone else collect my order on my behalf?
No, for security reasons the person who placed the order will need to collect their order themselves. You’ll need to bring photo ID when you come to collect your parcel.
How long do I have to collect my order once it’s arrived?
We’ll keep your order at the collection point for 14 days if you can’t make it to the store right away. If you don’t collect your order within 14 days we’ll get in touch to find out if you want to cancel or re-order.
