Bringing a number to Tesco Mobile from another network

If you’re joining Tesco Mobile and want to keep your existing number you need to ask for a PAC code from your old network.
Make sure the device you’ll be using works with a Tesco Mobile SIM – you might need to ask your old network provider to unlock it.

It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3 to bring your number to Tesco Mobile.

  1. Text PORT to 23424 from the number you want to replace. It’s free from any Tesco Mobile device or SIM
  2. You’ll get a text from us asking you to reply with the mobile number you want to keep and then another text asking for your PAC code
  3. We’ll then text you to let you know the date it’ll happen – you’ll get this text within 24 hours to the number you told us you wanted to keep
