If you’re having problems with your signal, use the live status checker to see if maintenance work is going on in your area or if there’s a problem with the network.
It’s updated hourly, 24/7, and shows any problems with our 2G, 3G and 4G networks – which are managed by O2. You can also report any problems you’re experiencing with calls, texts or data:
1. Go to live status checker
2. Choose the service you’re having a problem with: calls, text or data
3. Type in your postcode, address or a nearby landmark
You can also sign up to get text updates about a network problem, including when it’s been fixed.
Just so you know, as the network’s managed by O2, if you sign up for these updates you may get texts about O2 products and services, such as TU Go, that aren’t available to Tesco Mobile customers.
