Help with logging into My Account

My Pay Monthly Account

You’ll need your username and password to log into My Account – you chose them when you purchased your phone.

We can help if you’ve forgotten your username or password.

Safe and sound

Logging into My Account is now more secure. We’ve added two-step authentication, so you’ll need to have your Tesco Mobile phone to hand to receive a login code via text. Your code will be valid for 20 minutes and after this you’ll need to request a new one. If you have more than one Tesco Mobile number, we’ll send the login code to the account holder’s number.

I’ve forgotten my username or password

We can send your username to your registered email address if you enter your details here.

You can reset your password, but you’ll need to complete our security checks first

My Pay As You Go Account

To log into My Account you’ll need to enter your mobile number and security code. You’ll then receive a text to your phone with a PIN to log in with.
