Pay monthly
You can manage your pay monthly account online. You would have chosen or been provided with a username and password when you bought your phone. If you forget your details, you have the option of resetting them on the login page.
Once you’ve logged in you can:
- Manage your account details
- View your upgrade options
- Check your usage
- Update your address
- View and/or pay your bill
- Manage your data or minutes
- Manage your safety buffer
- Register your Tesco Clubcard and/or use a Clubcard voucher towards your bill

Pay as you go Essentials
The Tesco Mobile app offers the quickest and easiest way to manage Pay as you go Essentials. Or you can top up, manage your bundle and check your allowances by calling 4488.
Please note that My Account is not supported on Essentials.
- Check your top-up balance
- View your remaining allowance of data, minutes and texts
- Top up with a debit card, credit card, or Apple / Google Pay
- Add or change your current Essentials bundle
- Change your upcoming bundle.
- Stop your current bundle to turn off auto-renewal
- Chat with our customer care team via live in-app messaging
