Ways to manage your account online

The easiest way to manage your account is by downloading the Tesco Mobile app on Android or iPhone.

  • Check your usage
  • View your tariff and upgrade status
  • Update your home or email address
  • View recent bills and see a breakdown of charges
  • Make a payment
  • Change your bundles
  • Manage your safety buffer
  • Register your Tesco Clubcard
  • Message our Customer Care team
  • Update your Direct Debit details

You can also manage your pay monthly account online. You would have chosen or been provided with a username and password when you bought your phone. If you forget your details, you have the option of resetting them on the login page.

Once you’ve logged in you can:

  • Manage your account details 
  • View your upgrade options
  • Check your usage
  • Update your address
  • View and/or pay your bill
  • Manage your data or minutes 
  • Manage your safety buffer
  • Register your Tesco Clubcard and/or use a Clubcard voucher towards your bill
