There are a few easy ways to track of your usage on Pay as you go Essentials. Just choose the method that’s best for you.
To check your top-up balance with our app
- Download the free Tesco Mobile app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. It’s the quickest way to top up, check your balance and remaining allowances, and manage your Essentials bundle.
To check your top-up balance by text
- Text BALANCE to 282. (This is free.)
- You’ll receive a message showing your top-up balance and any remaining allowances in your current bundle, if you have one.
To check your top-up balance over the phone
- Call 4488 free from your Tesco Mobile phone.
- You can also use this service to top up and manage your Essentials bundle, if you want one.
