Pay monthly

You can manage your pay monthly account online.

You would have chosen or been provided with a username and password when you bought your phone. If you forget your details, you have the option of resetting them on the login page.

Once you’ve logged in, you can:

– View and/or pay your bill

– Update your home address

– Update your contact details

– Change your bundles

– View your upgrade status

– Check your usage

– Register your Tesco Clubcard

 

Pay as you go

Download our free Tesco Mobile pay as you go app for a quick and easy way to:

– Check your top-up balance and top-up in seconds

– See what you’ve got left of your bundles, free credit, data, minutes and texts

– Use our store locator and coverage checker

– Get information on roaming and parental controls

Online with My Account

You can manage your account online at My Tesco Mobile. You would’ve chosen or been provided with a username and password when you purchased your phone. If you forget your details, there’s an option to reset them on the login page.

Once you’ve logged in, you can:

– Add, change or remove bundles
