Anytime Upgrade Flex Tariff

On an Anytime Upgrade Flex tariff you can get the latest mobile phones at our lowest monthly prices, choose your own contract length and change your tariff down as well as up when you need to.

Your monthly bill is made up of two payments, covered by one monthly Direct Debit: your device payment for your phone, and your usage payment for your minutes, texts and data. Having two separate contracts gives you flexibility and it stops you from overpaying once your contract’s up.

You can choose your own phone credit agreement length from 12, 18, 24, 30 and 36 months. Your usage contract will be a monthly contract which rolls from month to month until you cancel it. In addition to any ETCs payable in relation to your usage contract, if you cancel your usage contract, you will need to pay the following:

  • If you cancel your usage contract before the end of month 24, you will have to pay off the remaining balance of your mobile handset credit agreement in full at the point you cancel your usage contract;
  • If your credit agreement is longer than 24 months and you cancel your usage contract after the end of month 24 you can continue to pay your credit agreement balance monthly until you have paid the balance in full.
