Just text SUPER to 67600* and follow the steps. You’ll need your colleague number for this. If you’re a VMO2 colleague (formerly Telefonica), you’ll need to put TEF at the start of your colleague number (also known as your SuccessFactors ID), e.g. TEF700723779 or TEF1021234.

At the end of your SIM only contract or Anytime Upgrade Flex phone contract, you’ll continue to get unlimited minutes and texts, while your data will switch to 10GB a month on a 1-month rolling contract.

You can stay on this Super Duper Colleague Deal for as long as you want, but once you’re outside your contract term, you can leave without any penalty.

If you’re getting a phone contract with us, you’ll see 10% showing off the total cost of your phone in your credit agreement and at checkout. Then for your usage, you’ll see that each month on your bill, we apply the 10% discount to your usage payment, so this will appear as a slightly higher number before the discount has been applied.

Your bill is showing your monthly usage price as £8.33 because this is the pre-discount price. We then apply a 10% discount to give you your 20GB Super Duper Colleague Deal for £7.50.

You will not be able to change your plan until the end of your contract. When your contract ends your plan will automatically change to a £9 a month 30GB plan. You can change to a £15 Unlimited deal before the end of your contract. You can do this by changing your data bundle in the Tesco Mobile app or Tesco Mobile My Account. If you took out your deal before 31 March 2021, you can only move between the £10 and the £15 deals.

Colleagues who wish to upgrade their existing Super Duper Colleague Deal at the end of their contract will be able to request an additional voucher code to upgrade their plan. This will not affect their normal allowance of 5 x Super Duper Colleague Deals.

Your Super Duper Colleague Deal runs until the point you choose to upgrade, once you’re eligible to do so (12 months for SIMO or at any point with your AU 1 month rolling tariff if you took out a handset at the same time and have paid this off). All you need to do is just check your Tesco Mobile App for when you’re eligible to upgrade. Go to the Tariff tab and select ‘When can I upgrade’ to see this.
