Ways to view you bill.

The easiest way to view your bill is in our app:

  1. Open our app
  2. Tap Bill at the bottom of the screen

You can also view your bill in My Account:

  1. Log in to My Account
  2. Select Bill (at the top of the screen on desktop, and at the bottom on mobile)

Your bill shows your usual monthly charge(s). If you’re on an Anytime Upgrade Flex contract, you’ll see two charges:

  • One for your phone (credit agreement/CCA)
  • One for your usage

If you use anything outside your allowances, this will show as an extra charge on your bill.
