Joining from another network

It’s really easy to move from your current network to Tesco Mobile. There’s just a few simple steps to take so we can get you up and running.

• Want to keep your number? Text PAC to 65075 
• Want a new number? Text STAC to 75075
  You’ll get your code in less than a minute, and it’s valid for 30 days.

Once your new Tesco Mobile SIM arrives, pop it into your phone and text PORT to 23424 for free. We’ll reply within 24 hours to confirm the date your number will move across.
 

A quick heads up, number transfers don’t take place at weekends or on bank holidays.

If you request your transfer after 6pm on a Friday, or at any point over a weekend or bank holiday, we’ll send your confirmation text on the next working day.
