Disney+ 3 months subscription offer

We’re offering selected Tesco Mobile customers a 3-month Disney+ subscription on us.

The offer is available to 18+, selected Tesco Mobile pay monthly customers only.

If eligible, we’ll send you an email with a unique Disney+ subscription code, which you can redeem via the Disney+ website,  www.disneyplus.com/redeem.

Codes must be redeemed by the date included in your invite email. For customers who received their offer email in August 2022 the redemption date is 02/10/22. Any codes used after this date will not be valid. Unused or unredeemed Disney+  subscription codes can’t be refunded.

If you’re new to Disney+, simply go to www.disneyplus.com/redeem or click the link in the email we sent you and follow the steps to activate your 3-month subscription on us.

Yes. Existing Disney+ subscribers can also use the 3-month subscription on us. 

If you already have a Disney+ monthly subscription and would like to take advantage of the Tesco Mobile offer, you’ll need to manage your subscription first by taking the following steps:

  1. Go to www.disneyplus.com and log in
  2. Select your Profile
  3. Select Account
  4. Select Cancel Subscription
  5. Select Complete Cancellation to confirm
  6. Continue to enjoy Disney+ until the end of your currently billing cycle
  7. At the end of your billing cycle, Log out of your account first then redeem the Tesco Mobile offer using the redemption instructions in the email you received

Steps may vary for subscribers billed through a third party.

If you have an annual subscription you will need to contact Disney+ customer service via help.disneyplus.com to manage your account.

You can then register again using the subscription code in the email.

Your subscription automatically renews at the end of the 3-month period, and you’ll be charged at the current retail price unless cancelled.

Don’t worry you’ll receive a reminder letting you know when your free period is coming to an end.

No, the code is valid for a one-time use only. 

Yes, you’re free to give your code to a friend or someone in your family, however the code can only be used once.

If you started your subscription with your Apple or Android app (or any other third-party), you'll need to change your payment information through them. Disney+ does not have the ability to make changes to those subscriptions.

You can manage your Disney+ subscription at any time by logging in to your Disney+ profile and following the steps below.

Don’t worry you’ll receive a reminder before the 3-month subscription expires and auto renews.

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Select your Profile
  3. Select Account
  4. Select Cancel Subscription
  5. Select Complete Cancellation to confirm
  6. Continue to enjoy Disney+ until the end of your 3-month promotional period.

Terms & Conditions

This offer is only available to selected Tesco Mobile customers who will receive an email, in August 2022, explaining how to claim a 3-month Disney+ subscription. 18+ only. Subscription must be activated by 02/10/22. Codes can only be redeemed once. Disney+ renews at £7.99 per month after the 3-month period, unless cancelled. Customers who already have an active Disney+ subscription will need to manage their account before redeeming this offer.  Subject to Disney+ subscriber agreement.
