Call waiting lets you know if someone’s trying to ring you when you’re already on a call. It's really useful because you can either:
- Choose to end the call you're on and take the new call
- Reject or ignore the new call and they'll go through to your voicemail
Turning call waiting on or off
- To turn on call waiting, just dial *43#
- To turn off call waiting, dial #43#
- You can also turn it on or off in the settings menu on your phone
With call waiting you can also put a call on hold, make another call at the same time and switch between them.
