Getting online

To access the internet on your phone or tablet you’ll need the right settings. You might need to enter the settings manually on some devices.

Where to find your APN settings

iPhone

The location of your APN settings will vary by iOS version:

iOS 5 & 6:

Settings > General > Network > Mobile Data Network

iOS 7 and higher

Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Data Network

Windows

If you have a Windows device your settings location may vary by version, however the APN settings are generally found in one of the two locations:

Settings > access point
Settings > mobile network

Android and Blackberry 10

If you have an Android device your settings location may vary by manufacturer and Android version, however the APN settings are generally found in:

Settings > Wireless & Network > Mobile networks > Access Point Names
