Pay monthly data bundles

You might need a bit more data sometimes, especially if you are out and about and not on WiFi.  You’ve got two options to help you get the best value – a one-off data bundle or increasing your monthly data allowance.

  1. Buy a one-offdata bundle

One-off data bundles last until the end of your billing month, they don’t renew and any remaining allowance doesn’t roll over. You’re charged for them on your next bill.

Sometimes there’s a short delay before your bundle is ready. On rare occasions this can be up to 4 hours while our systems update. For more info, please read our terms and conditions

You can buy a one-off data bundle at any point if it looks like you might run out of data before your allowance renews.

The easiest way to buy a one-off data bundle is to do it in our free Tesco Mobile app for iPhone or other phones like Android.

You can also log in to My Account, click ‘View or change my tariff & credit agreement’ and then select ‘Add or view one-off bundles’.

Or you can call 4488 from your Tesco Mobile phone and follow the instructions.

  1. Increase your monthly data allowance

You can increase your monthly data allowance at any time by using a monthly data bundle.  These bundles automatically renew at the same time each month as your other allowances.

The easiest way to buy a monthly data bundle is to do it in our free Tesco Mobile app for Android or iPhone.   Or you can log in to My Account if you prefer.

Your new allowance will start on your next bill date. It will last for the month and then automatically renew.

When you increase your data allowance with an extra monthly data bundle, this will appear separately on your bill.

To remove an extra data bundle, log in to My Account

  1. Changing your monthly allowance
    If you find that you keep running out of data each month, you can also increase the amount of data in your allowance, which will change on your next bill date. You can also reduce your data allowance as well, if you find you have too much left each month.

If you do run out of data you’ll be charged at 10p/MB up to your account limit.
