You’ll get two emails. One email confirming your Clubcard Partner voucher order and the other giving you your Clubcard Partner voucher code that you’ll need to enter in My Account or tell us if you call Customer Care.
You need to collect a minimum of 150 Clubcard points (£150 spend at Tesco) to start getting Clubcard vouchers, which you can then double up when you turn it into a Clubcard Partner voucher to spend at Tesco Mobile.
The number of points you get depends on where you collect your points.
You can use your Clubcard Partner voucher to reduce your monthly bill. Just go to My Account and click on ‘Reduce your bill with Clubcard Partner vouchers’ and follow the instructions.
Unused, expired and redeemed Clubcard Partner vouchers or codes can’t be refunded as stated in the standard Clubcard Reward Partner vouchers terms and conditions.
Yes if they’re on the same Tesco Mobile account as you. If you use your Clubcard Partner voucher to reduce your bill, which includes your family’s numbers as well, you’ll be using it towards saving on your total bill.
No. To help protect Clubcard holders against fraud, you can only use vouchers that were sent to your registered Clubcard account address. That’s the address you used when you signed up for Clubcard.
No, it’s only for Tesco Mobile.
You can either:
• Spread out your Clubcard vouchers that you get in your quarterly Clubcard statement and turn them into Clubcard Partner vouchers for Tesco Mobile when you want to pay your mobile bill
• Turn all your Clubcard vouchers that you get in your quarterly Clubcard statement into a Clubcard Partner voucher for Tesco Mobile in one go, apply them in My Account and they will stay there as a credit in your account. This will then come off your future bill(s)
• You can also get Clubcard Faster Vouchers every month without waiting for your Clubcard quarterly statement.
You need a minimum of 150 Clubcard points to request a Clubcard voucher. Then you can turn your Clubcard vouchers into a Clubcard Partner voucher for Tesco Mobile. You can do all this in the Clubcard website or Clubcard app.
Whatever’s left after you’ve paid your bill will become a bill credit and will come off your next bill(s).
Please make sure you’re only using it in My Account or when you call Customer Care. Also, please check that it’s a Clubcard Partner voucher for Tesco Mobile. Normal Clubcard vouchers won’t work – you have to turn them into Clubcard Partner vouchers for Tesco Mobile in the Clubcard website or Clubcard app.
Clubcard holders can’t turn points into vouchers for two weeks before the end of each collection period – this is when the Clubcard statement is being prepared, printed and delivered. Collection periods are quarterly, usually May, August, November and February but exact dates may vary.
You can use a maximum of £250 in Clubcard Partner vouchers for each bill.

Please contact our Customer Care team to cancel your order. Your money will be refunded to your original payment method. The amount you paid by card will go back onto your card and any Clubcard Partner vouchers will be unredeemed so you can use them again. If you’re not going to use it at Tesco Mobile please get in touch with the Clubcard team to get the Clubcard vouchers back for you to use on another Clubcard partner.
The small print
Tesco Clubcard holders only. Minimum 150 Clubcard points required to qualify for Clubcard vouchers. Maximum transaction value in Clubcard Partner vouchers is £250 for both upfront payment and monthly bill payment. If the value of the Clubcard Partner vouchers is greater than the value of the bill, the balance will remain in the customer account and will be applied to the following bill. Any outstanding balance of Clubcard Partner voucher credits on termination or expiration of contract will not be refunded. The usual Tesco Clubcard scheme terms and conditions apply.
