If you’re a pay as you go customer, you can report your phone/SIM as lost or stolen by giving us a call on 0345 301 4455 or 4455 (from your Tesco Mobile)

If your phone is lost or stolen outside of business hours, please call Customer Care immediately on 0345 301 4455 or 4455 (from your Tesco Mobile) and follow the out of hours instructions
