If you're a Pay As You Go customer and you top-up £15 or more in one transaction, we'll give you one of these free bundles:  
  • 5000 texts
  • 150 minutes to any network
  • 500MB of data
How to get free top-up bundles
  • If you joined the Triple Credit Pay as you go tariff after 1 May 2012, you already get free top-up bundles automatically 
    when you top-up £15 or more in one transaction
  • If you joined the Triple Credit Pay as you go tariff before 1 May 2012, please call 282 free from your Tesco Mobile phone to opt in to free top-up bundles
  • If you're on any other Pay as you go tariff, please call 282 free from your Tesco Mobile phone to opt in to our Triple Credit tariff, so that you can receive free top-up bundles

Receiving your top-up bundles
We'll add your free bundle on the same day as your free credit. Every month, we'll text you to let you know your free bundle is about to end. We'll also remind you that, if you want to get your free bundle again the following month, you'll need to top-up £15 or more.
 
Changing your free top-up bundle
Your free top-up bundle is automatically set to 5000 texts. If you'd like to change it:
  • Call 282 free from your Tesco Mobile phone and follow the prompts
  • Alternatively, log in to your My Tesco Mobile account
When you want to change your free top-up bundle, you'll need to do it a month in advance. Also, you can’t have more than one bundle of the same type at the same time - for example, two data bundles.

FAQs

When will I get my free bundle?
You'll receive it on your free credit anniversary date each month, as long as you top-up at least £15 in one transaction before your anniversary date. We'll text you to confirm we've added the bundle.

What happens if I don’t top up £15 one month?
You won't receive your free top-up bundle that month.

How can I check my bundle balance?
Call 282 free from your mobile or text ‘BALANCE’ free to 2112.

What happens if I’ve already bought a bundle and I opt in to one of the free bundles of the same type?
If you already have a bundle and you opt in to the same type of free bundle, you'll lose the bundle you have bought. But we will warn you before, so you'll have a chance to change your mind.

What happens to my BlackBerry services if I opt into the 500MB free bundle?
If you opt into the 500MB free top-up bundle, you'll lose your BlackBerry bundle, as you can't have two bundles of the same type. But we will let you know beforehand, so you'll have a chance to change your mind.

I have an iPhone with a 12 month free bundle, can I have the 500MB free top-up bundle as well?
No, you'll only have the choice of the 5000 text messages or 150 minutes.

I have the 500MB free bundle, can I buy a data bundle?
No, you won't be able to buy a data bundle unless you opt out of the 500MB free top-up bundle.
