You can manage your pay monthly account online.
You would have chosen or been provided with a username and password when you purchased your phone. If you forget your details, you have the option of resetting them on the login page.
Once you've logged in, you can:
- View and/or pay your bills
- Check your usage
- Update your contact details
- Change your bundles
- Register your Tesco Clubcard
To change your address you can either call Customer Care or visit us instore. This can take up to 72 hours to update in our system.
