We have once again been named as the least complained about UK mobile network in Ofcom’s quarterly Telecoms and Pay TV report.
We have consistently scored the lowest complaints of all the networks included in the report for the last fourteen quarters, this time scoring just one complaint per 100,000 customers.
The latest data covers the three months from July 2017 to September 2017. The number of complaints per 100,000 customers is used to create comparable data between networks regardless of customer base size.
