Tesco mobile are very proud to have been named by Ofcom as the least complained about mobile network every quarter for four years in a row.
OFCOM has today issued its quarterly mobile complaints report and Tesco Mobile has once again received the lowest number of complaints in comparison to other providers.
Tesco Mobile only received 1 complaint per 100, 000 with an industry average of 5 per 100,000. The number of complaints per 100,000 customers is used to create comparable data between networks regardless of customer base size.
This demonstrates Tesco Mobile’s continued focus on delivering best in class service and the best possible experience for our customers.
