How does Family Perks work?

It’s incredibly easy to add an additional contract to your account for a family member, just make sure you have your details when they are setting up their contract! Once you have added one or more contracts then each member can select from our range of perks allowing each person to have the perfect perks for them.

What perks can you choose from?

Am I eligible for Family Perks?

As long as you are a pay monthly customer (including SIM only customers) and have two contracts tied to your account than you are eligible for our Family Perks. This can be two mobile contracts, or our tablet 4G contracts.

You can get our Family Perks if you are a new customer or as a current customer and you can manage your perks easily in our app or in My Account.
