iPhone 12 Pro vs iPhone 13 Pro
The iPhone 13 Pro takes everything you love about the iPhone 12 Pro one step further. Let’s dive into the specs.
Camera:
The 13 Pro has an incredible camera, a step further when compared to the iPhone 12 Pro, with better low light and ultrawide photo capabilities. There are upgrades in photo editing capabilities as well – so no need for third party apps.
Performance:
A15 Bionic chip can process 15.8 trillion operations per second. The 12 Pro can process 11 trillion operations per second. That means the 13 Pro has had a 40% increase!
iPhone 12 Pro vs iPhone 13 Pro Max
Display:
The iPhone 12 Pro has an excellent Super Retina XDR display however, the 13 Pro Max pushes this even further with Super Retina XDR display with ProMotion. It is also 6.7” which is a significant increase when compared to the 6.1” screen on the iPhone 12 Pro.
Camera:
Take your videos to the next level with cinematic mode – available on the iPhone 13 Pro Max, but not the iPhone 12 Pro. This allows you to record videos with shallow depth of field (1080p at 30 fps).
Performance:
The iPhone 13 Pro Max allows for 28 hours of video playback, while the 12 Pro only allows for 17. Not only does the battery last longer, but it allows you to perform better with New 5-core GPU and the A15 Bionic Chip.
iPhone 12 Pro vs iPhone 13
Display:
The iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 13 offer the same stunning Super Retina XDR OLED display. Both handsets have face scanning built in as well, offering maximum security.
Camera:
The iPhone 12 Pro has a slight edge over the iPhone 13 camera. If you are purchasing your phone based on the camera, we would recommend going with the iPhone 13 Pro or iPhone 13 Pro Max.
Performance:
The iPhone 13 has a higher performing chip for powerful processing; however, it has less RAM which results in less memory. The 13 will allow you to stream, scroll, and game – excellently. But, if you’d like something with a bit more power, we suggest the 13 Pro and 13 Pro Max.
The iPhone 12 Pro comes with a lightning to USB-C cable, meaning you can charge it via a USB-C charger. Apple recommends using a 20-Watt charger. This device does not come with a charging adapter and must be bought separately.
To charge it wirelessly, use a Qi-compatible charging mat or a MagSafe charger.
