Change your pay monthly tariff
To change your pay monthly tariff, or to change from pay as you go to pay monthly, you’ll need to speak to Customer Care by calling 4455 from your Tesco Mobile or 0345 301 4455 from a landline.
If you’re a business customer, please call us on 0345 601 2448.
Calls cost 20p on all pay monthly tariffs but will be free if you have minutes remaining in your allowance. Calls cost 20p on all pay as you go tariffs, apart from our Lite tariff, which costs 8p per minute.
