Changing pay monthly tariff

If you’re already on pay monthly and you’d like to switch to another pay monthly tariff, call us on 4455 from your Tesco Mobile device.

It can take up to 24 hours to move you onto your new tariff. We’ll text you when it’s done. Just so you know, you can’t switch pay monthly tariffs online.

Thought of switching to a pay monthly Capped tariff?

Our pay monthly Capped tariff gives you control over your monthly bill, with a little flexibility. It’s designed to make sure you never get unexpectedly high bills. You set a safety buffer in case you need to do things not included in your monthly allowances, and your bill will never be more than this. Once you’ve reached your safety buffer you can make a payment or increase your buffer to keep using your device.

Not interested in a safety buffer?

You can choose not to have one at any time in your app, your online account or by calling 4488. There’ll still be an account limit, and we’ll let you know if you ever get near it – just like we do with your monthly minutes, texts and data.
