When will I get my goodwill data?

Pay monthly
You’ll get your extra data in January. We’ll text you to tell you the exact date when it’ll be added.

How long will it last?
It will last until your allowances renew again on your next bill date.

Pay as you go
You’ll get your extra data after you top-up in January. If you have a Rocket Pack or data bundle, it will be added when this renews.

How long will it last?
• If you have a Rocket Pack, the data will last until your Rocket Pack renews again
(1 month)
• If you have a data bundle, the data will last until your data bundle renews again
(1 month)
• If you don’t have a data bundle, your extra data will last for a month

I’m not happy with 2GB as a gesture of goodwill. Can I have something else?
We’re sorry that you’re not happy with the extra data. We thought very carefully about the best way to apologise to our customers for the inconvenience and this is the goodwill gesture we thought would work for our customers.

My business was impacted by the network outage. Can I have more data?
Unfortunately our services are designed for personal use, so we aren’t offering separate goodwill for businesses.
