Manage your pay monthly account online

You can manage your pay monthly account online.

You would have chosen or been provided with a username and password when you purchased your phone. If you forget your details, you have the option of resetting them on the login page.

Once you’ve logged in, you can:

– View and/or pay your bills

– Check your usage

– Update your contact details

– Change your bundles

– Register your Tesco Clubcard

To change your address you’ll need to call Customer Care. This can take up to 72 hours to update in our system.
