Changing pay monthly tariff

If you’re already on pay monthly and you’d like to change to another pay monthly tariff, call us on 4455 from your Tesco Mobile device.

It can take up to 24 hours to move you onto your new tariff. We’ll text you when it’s done. Just so you know, you can’t change pay monthly tariffs online.

Not interested in a safety buffer?

You can choose not to have one at any time in our app, your online account or by calling 4488. There’ll still be an account limit, and we’ll let you know if you ever get near it – just like we do with your monthly minutes, texts and data.
