If there’s an issue you’d like to speak to us about, you can contact us through our live chat option which will connect you to one of our advisors.
Our live chat is open from 7am- 11pm Monday to Sunday. You’ll know when someone from our Customer Care team is available to chat, as the chat button will appear on our Help & Support pages.
Other ways to get in touch
If an advisor isn’t available via live chat and you don’t see the ‘click to chat’ option, then there are still lots of ways you can get in touch with us for help.
- You can contact us using our secure in-app messenger. Just download the Tesco Mobile app and you can message us any time. We’ll get back to you during our opening hours between 7am and 11pm every day
- You can message us any time on Facebook and Twitter and we’ll get back to you during our opening hours: 8am – 8pm Monday to Friday and 10am – 6pm Saturday and Sunday
