How do I get a Clubcard Partner voucher to save on my mobile bill?

1. Simply log in or register your Clubcard account details on the Clubcard website or Clubcard app

2. Search for ‘Tesco Mobile’

3. Enter the amount of vouchers you want to double up to use at Tesco Mobile (the minimum is 50p in vouchers) and follow the instructions

You’ll get two emails. One email confirming your Clubcard Partner voucher order and the other giving you your Clubcard Partner voucher code that you’ll need to enter in My Account or tell us if you call Customer Care.

Are Clubcard Partner vouchers the same as Clubcard vouchers?
No, they’re different. To get money off your Tesco Mobile bill with Clubcard, you need to turn your Clubcard vouchers into Clubcard Partner vouchers in the Tesco Mobile section of the Tesco Clubcard app or website. This doubles up your vouchers to spend on your Tesco Mobile bill.
How much do I need to spend at Tesco to get a Clubcard Partner voucher?

You need to collect a minimum of 150 Clubcard points (£150 spend at Tesco) to start getting Clubcard vouchers, which you can then double up when you turn it into a Clubcard Partner voucher to spend at Tesco Mobile.

The number of points you get depends on where you collect your points.

How do I use my Clubcard Partner voucher?

You can use your Clubcard Partner voucher to reduce your monthly bill. Just go to My Account and click on ‘Reduce your bill with Clubcard Partner vouchers’ and follow the instructions.

How long will my Clubcard Partner voucher last?

Once you’ve placed your order for your voucher on the Clubcard website or Clubcard app, your Clubcard Partner voucher will be valid for six months.

Can I get a refund on my Clubcard Partner voucher or can I unredeem it?

Unused, expired and redeemed Clubcard Partner vouchers or codes can’t be refunded as stated in the standard Clubcard Reward Partner vouchers terms and conditions.

Can I use my Clubcard Partner voucher to reduce some else’s bill (e.g. my son’s bill)?

Yes if they’re on the same Tesco Mobile account as you. If you use your Clubcard Partner voucher to reduce your bill, which includes your family’s numbers as well, you’ll be using it towards saving on your total bill.

Can I transfer my Clubcard Partner voucher to a friend or can I use someone else’s voucher to reduce my bill?

No. To help protect Clubcard holders against fraud, you can only use vouchers that were sent to your registered Clubcard account address. That’s the address you used when you signed up for Clubcard.

Can I use my Clubcard Partner voucher which I selected for Tesco Mobile with another Partner or to pay for something else at Tesco?

No, it’s only for Tesco Mobile.

I get my Clubcard vouchers every quarter, how can I use my Clubcard vouchers to reduce my bill every month?

You can either:

• Spread out your Clubcard vouchers that you get in your quarterly Clubcard statement and turn them into Clubcard Partner vouchers for Tesco Mobile when you want to pay your mobile bill

• Turn all your Clubcard vouchers that you get in your quarterly Clubcard statement into a Clubcard Partner voucher for Tesco Mobile in one go, apply them in My Account and they will stay there as a credit in your account. This will then come off your future bill(s)

• You can also get Clubcard Faster Vouchers every month without waiting for your Clubcard quarterly statement.

You need a minimum of 150 Clubcard points to request a Clubcard voucher. Then you can turn your Clubcard vouchers into a Clubcard Partner voucher for Tesco Mobile. You can do all this in the Clubcard website or Clubcard app.

My Clubcard Partner voucher amount is more than my monthly bill, what happens to the rest?

Whatever’s left after you’ve paid your bill will become a bill credit and will come off your next bill(s).

My Clubcard Partner voucher is not accepted or is invalid

Please make sure you’re only using it in My Account or when you call Customer Care. Also, please check that it’s a Clubcard Partner voucher for Tesco Mobile. Normal Clubcard vouchers won’t work – you have to turn them into Clubcard Partner vouchers for Tesco Mobile in the Clubcard website or Clubcard app.

Why are Faster Vouchers not always available?

Clubcard holders can’t turn points into vouchers for two weeks before the end of each collection period – this is when the Clubcard statement is being prepared, printed and delivered. Collection periods are quarterly, usually May, August, November and February but exact dates may vary.

I have more than one Clubcard voucher, how many vouchers can I use at Tesco Mobile?

You can use a maximum of £250 in Clubcard Partner vouchers for each bill.

Can I spend Clubcard Partner vouchers to reduce an overdue bill?

Yes you can.

Can I use a Clubcard Partner voucher to get a phone for family and friends?

Yes, as long as they’re on the same Tesco Mobile account as you.

My Clubcard Partner voucher amount is more than my initial payment (pay upfront), what happens to the rest?

Whatever’s left after you’ve paid your initial payment (pay upfront) will become a bill credit and will come off your next bill(s).

I used my Clubcard Partner vouchers towards my initial payment for my phone. I’ve changed my mind and returned the phone. How do I get a refund on the Clubcard Partner vouchers?

Please contact our Customer Care team to cancel your order.  Your money will be refunded to your original payment method. The amount you paid by card will go back onto your card and any Clubcard Partner vouchers will be unredeemed so you can use them again. If you’re not going to use it at Tesco Mobile please get in touch with the  Clubcard team to get the Clubcard vouchers back for you to use on another Clubcard partner.

The small print

Tesco Clubcard holders only. Minimum 150 Clubcard points required to qualify for Clubcard vouchers. Maximum transaction value in Clubcard Partner vouchers is £250 for both upfront payment and monthly bill payment. If the value of the Clubcard Partner vouchers is greater than the value of the bill, the balance will remain in the customer account and will be applied to the following bill. Any outstanding balance of Clubcard Partner voucher credits on termination or expiration of contract will not be refunded. The usual Tesco Clubcard scheme terms and conditions apply.
