How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription in your Clubcard Plus account. If you are within the first 14 days of joining Clubcard Plus, you will need to call the Clubcard Helpline on 0800 591 688.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, Clubcard Plus is a monthly subscription and customers can cancel at any time.

How do I get the Clubcard Plus Tesco Mobile benefit?

Once you have subscribed to Clubcard Plus you will be able to access the benefits in your Clubcard app.

If you are an existing Tesco Mobile customer, you can activate the Tesco Mobile Clubcard Plus benefit in your Clubcard Plus account, you will need your Tesco Mobile phone number to do this.

If you’re not yet a Tesco Mobile customer, you’ll need to become a Tesco Mobile pay monthly customer.

Once you’ve got your Tesco Mobile phone number, you can activate your benefit in your Clubcard Plus account.

I’m a not a Tesco Mobile customer yet – how do I get the benefit?

You’ll need to become a Tesco Mobile pay monthly customer, which is subject to status. It’s easy to join online or you can visit a Tesco Mobile phone shop, or call 0800 032 9029 and take out a pay monthly contract. Once you’ve got your Tesco Mobile phone number, you can activate your benefit in your Clubcard Plus Account

How does double data work?

Once activated, your core data allowance will double on your pay monthly contract. One off data bundles or extra data from family perks will not be doubled.

What do I get double Clubcard points on?

Assuming you have a Clubcard linked to your Tesco Mobile account, you will get double Clubcard points on the bill amount of the mobile phone number receiving the double data benefit.

Can I get the Tesco Mobile Clubcard Plus benefit on more than one Tesco Mobile phone number?

One Clubcard Plus subscription gives you access to the Tesco Mobile Clubcard Plus benefit on one Tesco Mobile phone number on a pay monthly contract.

Who is eligible for the Tesco Mobile Clubcard Plus Benefit?

Tesco Mobile customers, with a pay monthly contract, who live at the same address that the Clubcard Plus subscription is registered to.

I've got a Sim Only contract with Tesco Mobile, am I eligible for the Tesco Mobile Clubcard Plus benefit?

Yes, Pay Monthly Sim Only contracts are eligible for the Tesco Mobile Clubcard Plus benefit.

I’ve signed up to Clubcard Plus, how do I activate the Tesco Mobile Clubcard Plus benefit?

You can activate the Tesco Mobile Clubcard Plus benefit in your Clubcard Plus account, you will need your Tesco Mobile phone number to do this.

Can I apply the benefit to someone else’s phone number?

Yes, providing they are on the same Tesco Mobile account as you, or live at the same address that the Clubcard Plus subscription is registered to.

I’ve activated my Tesco Mobile Clubcard Plus benefit, how can I check it is working?

Check your Clubcard Plus Account or your Tesco Mobile account, remember it could take up to 24 hours to activate your double data. Your Clubcard points will show on your next Tesco Mobile phone bill.

How do I transfer my Tesco Mobile Clubcard Plus benefit to someone else?

In your Clubcard Plus account, you can transfer your benefit to a different number in your Tesco Mobile account, or to a number registered to the same address as your Clubcard Plus subscription. All changes will take place following your next Tesco Mobile bill date.

What happens to my benefits in the month I choose to transfer them?

You will continue to receive double data until your next Tesco Mobile bill date but you will not receive double Clubcard points. All benefits will then transfer to the new Tesco Mobile phone number following your next Tesco Mobile bill date.

How many times can I transfer my Tesco Mobile Clubcard Plus benefit?

Once per month, the transfer will take place following your next Tesco Mobile bill date.

The verification code doesn't work. What should I do?

You can request a new code in your Clubcard Plus account.

I haven't received my verification code, what should I do?

Check that you are on Tesco Mobile pay monthly; Clubcard Plus isn’t available on pay as you go. Remember that the verification code is sent to the Tesco Mobile bill payer, but please check if it has gone to another number on your Tesco Mobile account.

Do I pay my Clubcard Plus subscription and my Tesco Mobile monthly bill together?

No, your Clubcard Plus subscription and Tesco Mobile contract are billed separately.

Why can't I add my Tesco Mobile number to my Tesco Clubcard Plus account?

If you’ve recently made a change to your Tesco Mobile contract, you’ll need to wait until your next Tesco Mobile bill date, then go to the Clubcard app to activate your Tesco Mobile benefit.

What happens to my Tesco Mobile Clubcard Plus benefit if I upgrade my contract or change my data allowance?

As long as you have the same mobile phone number, your double data will continue automatically and update to reflect your core data allowance with Tesco Mobile. Any changes will take place from your next Tesco Mobile bill date.

If I have two Clubcard Plus subscriptions, can I get four times the data on one Tesco Mobile number?

No, the Tesco Mobile Clubcard Plus benefit can only be applied once to any number.

I can’t see any reference to Clubcard Plus on my Tesco Mobile contract?

It won’t show on your Tesco Mobile contract, as the Tesco Mobile benefit is linked to your Clubcard Plus subscription

If I cancel my Clubcard Plus subscription, what does that mean for my Tesco Mobile contract?

Your mobile phone contract is unaffected, but you will no longer receive double data or double Clubcard points after you cancel your Clubcard Plus subscription.

If I cancel my Clubcard Plus subscription, when does my Tesco Mobile benefits stop?

Your Tesco Mobile Clubcard Plus benefit will run until the next Tesco Mobile bill date following the end of your Clubcard Plus subscription.

What happens to my double Clubcard points if I decide to cancel Clubcard Plus?

As long as you cancel before your Tesco Mobile bill date you will receive the double Clubcard points on your next bill.

Can I cancel my Tesco Mobile phone contact?

If you are within your 14 working days cooling off period with Tesco Mobile, then you can cancel your Tesco Mobile phone contract

Are Pay as you Go phones or Sim Free purchases eligible for Clubcard Plus benefits?

Pay as you Go phones, and Sim Free phones are not eligible to receive any Clubcard Plus benefits.
