When you subscribe to Clubcard Plus, Tesco Mobile pay monthly customers can get double data and double Clubcard points for one Tesco Mobile phone number registered to your address.
Yes, customers joining Tesco Mobile, as well as existing customers, are eligible to receive the Tesco Mobile Clubcard Plus benefit when they subscribe.

Clubcard Plus is available to anyone living in the UK, as long as you’re over 18 years of age.
As a subscriber to Clubcard Plus you can continue to use your Clubcard to collect points, get vouchers and enjoy benefits from our Reward Partners. The Clubcard Plus benefits are additional and will only be available through the Clubcard app.
It costs only £7.99 a month to join Clubcard Plus and you can cancel any time.
No, Clubcard Plus is a monthly subscription and customers can cancel at any time.
You can cancel your subscription in your Clubcard Plus account. If you are within the first 14 days of joining Clubcard Plus, you will need to call the Clubcard Helpline on 0800 591 688.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by clicking on the “Cancel Renewal” button in the Clubcard app.
After the 6 months on us, if you don’t cancel, your subscription will continue for 7.99 a month
We’ll send you a reminder before your 6 months is up, in case you want to cancel.

Once you have subscribed to Clubcard Plus you will be able to access the benefits in your Clubcard app.
If you are an existing Tesco Mobile customer, you can activate the Tesco Mobile Clubcard Plus benefit in your Clubcard Plus account, you will need your Tesco Mobile phone number to do this.
If you’re not yet a Tesco Mobile customer, you’ll need to become a Tesco Mobile pay monthly customer.
Once you’ve got your Tesco Mobile phone number, you can activate your benefit in your Clubcard Plus account.
You’ll need to become a Tesco Mobile pay monthly customer, which is subject to status. It’s easy to join online or you can visit a Tesco Mobile phone shop, or call 0800 032 9029 and take out a pay monthly contract. Once you’ve got your Tesco Mobile phone number, you can activate your benefit in your Clubcard Plus Account
Once activated, your core data allowance will double on your pay monthly contract. One off data bundles or extra data from family perks will not be doubled.
Assuming you have a Clubcard linked to your Tesco Mobile account, you will get double Clubcard points on the bill amount of the mobile phone number receiving the double data benefit.
One Clubcard Plus subscription gives you access to the Tesco Mobile Clubcard Plus benefit on one Tesco Mobile phone number on a pay monthly contract.

Yes, providing they are on the same Tesco Mobile account as you, or live at the same address that the Clubcard Plus subscription is registered to.
Check your Clubcard Plus Account or your Tesco Mobile account, remember it could take up to 24 hours to activate your double data. Your Clubcard points will show on your next Tesco Mobile phone bill.
In your Clubcard Plus account, you can transfer your benefit to a different number in your Tesco Mobile account, or to a number registered to the same address as your Clubcard Plus subscription. All changes will take place following your next Tesco Mobile bill date.
You will continue to receive double data until your next Tesco Mobile bill date but you will not receive double Clubcard points. All benefits will then transfer to the new Tesco Mobile phone number following your next Tesco Mobile bill date.

You can request a new code in your Clubcard Plus account.
Check that you are on Tesco Mobile pay monthly; Clubcard Plus isn’t available on pay as you go. Remember that the verification code is sent to the Tesco Mobile bill payer, but please check if it has gone to another number on your Tesco Mobile account.
No, your Clubcard Plus subscription and Tesco Mobile contract are billed separately.
If you’ve recently made a change to your Tesco Mobile contract, you’ll need to wait until your next Tesco Mobile bill date, then go to the Clubcard app to activate your Tesco Mobile benefit.
As long as you have the same mobile phone number, your double data will continue automatically and update to reflect your core data allowance with Tesco Mobile. Any changes will take place from your next Tesco Mobile bill date.
No, the Tesco Mobile Clubcard Plus benefit can only be applied once to any number.
It won’t show on your Tesco Mobile contract, as the Tesco Mobile benefit is linked to your Clubcard Plus subscription
Your mobile phone contract is unaffected, but you will no longer receive double data or double Clubcard points after you cancel your Clubcard Plus subscription.
Your Tesco Mobile Clubcard Plus benefit will run until the next Tesco Mobile bill date following the end of your Clubcard Plus subscription.
As long as you cancel before your Tesco Mobile bill date you will receive the double Clubcard points on your next bill.
If you are within your 14 working days cooling off period with Tesco Mobile, then you can cancel your Tesco Mobile phone contract
Pay as you Go phones, and Sim Free phones are not eligible to receive any Clubcard Plus benefits.
