1. Buy a new Business pay monthly phone contract or SIM only deal by calling us on 0800 032 1160 (Monday to Friday 8am to 9pm, Saturday 8am to 8pm and Sunday 10am to 6pm)
2. From your new phone or SIM, text “BOOKER” plus your Booker Customer Number to 60000
3. We’ll set up your discount and text you with updates
4. Once you’re up and running, you’ll get a bill credit worth 3 month’s standard tariff

How long do I need to be a Booker customer to take up the offer?

You will need to have been a Booker customer for 7 days and have made a purchase in the last 12 months.

Can I get the offer if I’m already with Tesco Mobile?

You can – if you’re upgrading or adding another number to your account.

Does the 3 months free apply to any Tesco Mobile contract?

You can get it on any contract that’s 12 months or more. It’s not available on 1 month contracts or pay as you go.

What does 3 months free mean?

It means we will give you back three months of your monthly tariff as a bill credit. It doesn’t apply to any extra charges for things outside your monthly tariff price.

How many times can I get this deal?

You can get this deal for up to five numbers.

When will I get my 3 month free?

It depends on when you start your contract, but it will be after you’ve paid your first bill in full.

How long do I have to apply for the discount after I’ve got my contract?

You’ve got up to 60 days from your joining date to apply for your 3 free months.

Why is the 3 months free applied after I’ve paid my first bill?

This is a standard process within the mobile industry so that we can do identity and fraud checks.

Why do I need to send you my Booker customer number?

So we can keep this deal exclusive to Booker customers, we need to ask for everyone’s Booker ID.

Where can I find my Booker customer number?

You can find your 9 digit number on your Booker card, any of your Booker invoices or from your join-up information.

What happens after I send you my customer number for the offer?

We’ll check your order, make sure you meet our terms (including paying your first bill in full) and then apply your discount. We’ll keep you updated via text.

What happens if there’s a problem after I’ve sent you my Booker customer number?

We’ll keep you updated via text. You may need to check you’ve met the criteria [see terms below].

How can I check that the bill credit has been applied?

After you get a message from us to say the credit has been applied, you can see this information on your next bill under “Credit for Booker 3 months free – phone” and

“Credit for Booker 3 months free – usage”. You can log in to My Account any time to see your bill.
