You will need to have been a Booker customer for 7 days.

Can I get the offer if I’m already with Tesco Mobile?

You can – if you’re upgrading or adding another number to your account.

Does the 1 month free apply to any Tesco Mobile contract?

You can get it on any contract that’s 12 months or more. It’s not available on 1 month contracts or pay as you go.

What does 1 month free mean?

It means we will give you back one month of your monthly tariff as a bill credit. It doesn’t apply to any extra charges for things outside your monthly tariff price.

How many times can I get this deal?

You can get this deal for up to five numbers.

When will I get my 1 month free?

It depends on when you start your contract, but it will be after you’ve paid your first bill in full.

How long do I have to apply for the discount after I’ve got my contract?

Why do I need to send you my Booker customer number?

So we can keep this deal exclusive to Booker customers, we need to ask for everyone’s Booker ID.

Where can I find my Booker customer number?

You can find your 9 digit number on your Booker card, any of your Booker invoices or from your join-up information.

What happens after I send you my customer number for the offer?

We’ll check your order, make sure you meet our terms (including paying your first bill in full) and then apply your discount. We’ll keep you updated via text.

What happens if there’s a problem after I’ve sent you my Booker customer number?

We’ll keep you updated via text. You may need to check you’ve met the criteria [see terms below].

How can I check that the bill credit has been applied?

After you get a message from us to say the credit has been applied, you can see this information on your next bill under “Credit for Booker 1 month free – phone” and “Credit for Booker 1 month free – usage”. You can log in to My Account any time to see your bill.

Booker 1 Month Free Promotion:

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern this Promotion. Participation and/or claim instructions form part of the Terms which you will be deemed to have accepted if you participate. Please read the following Terms carefully and keep a copy for your information.

The Promotion:

Booker Customers (“Customers”) can claim of 1 month off their total bill (“Bill Credit”) when they sign up to any consumer Tesco Mobile Pay Monthly Contract (1 month SIMO excluded) (“Pay Monthly Contract”).  The Bill Credit cannot be used on Customers’ first bill and will automatically be applied to the Customer’s next bill.


1. Customers must provide a valid Booker customer number.

2. Customers must apply for the Promotion within 60 days of joining or upgrading on a Pay Monthly contract.

3. Customers must pay their first bill to be eligible to receive the Bill Credit.

4. Only Customers purchasing or upgrading to a Tesco Mobile Pay Monthly 12 month or above tariff are eligible for this Promotion.

5. Customers who are in arrears with existing Tesco Mobile accounts are not eligible for this Promotion.

6. Customers are allowed to apply for a maximum of 5 Bill Credits per Booker customer number to be used on individual Pay Monthly Contracts. One Bill Credit per Pay Monthly Contract.

7. This Promotion can be used in conjunction with Colleague discounts.


8. Within 60 days of joining or upgrading a Pay Monthly Contract. Customers must text Booker + Booker customer number to 60000. The text must be sent from the number associated with the account which the Customer wants the discount and cannot be transferred to another number.

9. Customers will receive a text to notify them the Bill Credit is available.

10. Customers will receive the Bill Credit cannot be used on Customers’ first bill and will automatically be applied to the Customer’s next bill.


11. Tesco Mobile reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Promotion or these Terms and Conditions and to disqualify claims which it considers do not comply with these Terms and Conditions at any time at its own discretion. Tesco Mobile’s decisions regarding all promotional matters will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

12. Tesco Mobile shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect themselves against fraudulent or invalid claims or terminate this Promotion due to excessive fraud. This process may involve Tesco Mobile sharing information with third parties.

13. Tesco Mobile excludes liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for any loss or damage caused to a Participant arising out of or in connection with this Promotion. Without prejudice to the preceding restriction, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Tesco Mobile’s liability to you exceed £50.00.

14. Customer’s personal data provided by the Participant when making a claim under this Promotion shall be processed in accordance with Tesco Mobile’s Privacy Policy at
