Welcome to Tesco Mobile.  Now you’re all wrapped up for 2012 with no further charges unless you go outside of your monthly allowance.  Here are a few details you should know before you get started.

The ‘All Wrapped Up’ promotion uses the Pay as you go Standard terms and conditions with the following exceptions:

Your monthly allowance

  • This product includes the enclosed phone and a bundle with a monthly allowance of UK minutes, texts and data.
  • The details of your monthly allowance are stated on the outside of the box.
  • The pre-purchased bundle will replenish each month for a total of 12 months from the time of activation.
  • To activate your bundle, call 282 when you are ready to use your phone.  Please note it can take up to 2 hours for your bundle to activate.
  • Your monthly allowances do not roll over to the next month.
  • The enclosed phone is pre-provisioned with a SIM card which is specifically designed to be used with this phone.  It’s important that you activate the bundle with the enclosed phone, otherwise you will invalidate your bundle and it will automatically be removed from the SIM card. 
  • After 12 months you will have the choice to purchase another 12 month bundle or upgrade to a Pay Monthly tariff.  If neither of these options is chosen, the SIM will default to a normal Pay as you go Standard tariff.

Topping up

  • If you exceed your monthly allowance for minutes, texts or data during a month, you will need to top-up in the same way as Pay as you go.  Call charges are at the normal Pay as you go rates.
  • You will need to top-up for any calls or texts that are outside of your bundle allowance, e.g. premium rate calls or roaming calls. Emergency calls are free of charge.
  • Once the 12 month bundle has been applied you cannot make any changes to the monthly allowances and you cannot purchase additional bundle minutes, texts or data bundles, other than by topping up.

Returns & refunds

  • If you wish to return the product, our standard returns policy will apply. You can return the product in this time whether you have activated it or not.  Please note you will need proof of purchase.
  • In line with Pay as you go Standard terms and conditions, we cannot refund any credit that you may have on your account if you return the product.
  • Bundles cannot be exchanged for standard credit or money.


  • Awarded Clubcard points should appear on your next Clubcard statement.  Normal Clubcard terms and conditions apply.
  • When you top-up, you will be on our Pay as you go Standard tariff, which means that Triple Credit will not apply, but you will receive triple Clubcard points for every £1 you top-up. Please note the Triple Clubcard points offer ends on 1st January 2013.
