- Upgrade voucher coupons can be used in part or full payment on any Tesco Mobile phone, when purchased in any Tesco store (where stocked) and presented with the product at the checkout. Tesco Mobile phone and top-ups must be purchased in the same transaction. Minimum amount that can be claimed against top-up is £10. Additional top-ups can be claimed in £5 denominations, rounded down to the nearest £5.
- If the upgrade value is greater than the handset price, a small additional purchase may be required to cover any difference between voucher value and the free handset (and top-up) being given. Only one coupon per product purchased, offer is subject to availability.
- Coupons can only be redeemed once, and must be redeemed by the person to whom they are issued. Proof of identity may be required. Valid only in the UK & Isle of Man. Not redeemable through Tesco.com. Coupons have no cash value. No change given. Copied, damaged or defaced coupons will not be accepted. All coupons remain the property of Tesco Stores Limited and are not for re-sale or publication.
- Customers who activated their Tesco Mobile SIM card after 1st October 2010 onwards are not eligible for upgrade vouchers.
Please note: from the 28th February 2011, our current upgrade voucher scheme ends. If you already have a valid upgrade voucher, you'll still be able to redeem this until the expiry date that's printed on it.
If you’ve been saving up your upgrade voucher, you can still claim it online until 28th February by logging into your My Tesco Mobile account.
