Tesco Mobile is delighted to have been announced as a Which? Recommended provider for the seventh consecutive year, as well as also being named one of the best performing mobile networks in a Which? satisfaction survey, released today.
Which? asked 4,026 members of the UK public to share their experiences of their mobile provider, including what they thought of the customer service, value and rewards on offer. They were also asked how satisfied they were and whether they would recommend it to friends and family.
Out of all those surveyed, 89% reported that Tesco Mobile’s customer service was ‘good’ or ‘excellent’ – the highest proportion for any provider. Customers using Tesco Mobile were pleased with the network’s value for money, with 86% saying that they would recommend the provider to friends or family.
This follows some great successes in the past few weeks for the network, including being named Ofcom’s least complained about mobile network for the eleventh consecutive quarter, and receiving the highest rating for customer satisfaction for complaint handling in Ofcom’s Service Quality report.
