Following our success in last summer’s Which Awards, where we were named the coveted Best Telecoms Services Provider. Tesco Mobile has now also been awarded Best Network for Coverage and also Best Pay as you go value for money at the uSwitch Awards, recently held in London.
In the coverage category, Tesco Mobile was recognised as being the best network for both broad coverage and reaching the ‘not-spots’ other operators can’t. Read more details about the coverage category on the uSwitch site.
In the Best Pay as you go value category, Tesco Mobile was recognised by our customers for both the selection available as well as the peace of mind of capped contracts and generous triple top-ups.
Number 12 for Customer Service
In the same week, Tesco Mobile was also included in Marketing Week’s Top 100 Brands for Customer Experience at an amazing number 12 alongside the ranks of brands such as Marks & Spencer, Waitrose and Virgin Atlantic. John Lewis took the top spot, followed by shopping channel QVC. First Direct were the only financial instituation still able to make it into the top 10.
