If your device or SIM card is stolen or lost, please call us on 0345 301 4455 as soon as possible. If you don't have access to another phone, you can contact us
online or use the webchat box that pops up on our website.
We'll block the device and SIM card to stop anyone else from using it.
We'll transfer your number to a new SIM card and send it to you in three days. If you're a Pay as you go customer and had top-up credit on your device when you reported it lost/stolen, we'll also transfer this to your new SIM card.
