If you're having a problem with your device, you may be able to repair it using our device guides. They provide detailed help using step-by-step instructions.
If your device develops a fault then you may be able to get free repairs under warranty. Your device will be deemed out of warranty if it's been subjected to any physical or liquid damage. We may still be able to repair your device for you, but it will be chargable.
Your device comes with a 12 month Tesco Mobile warranty, which starts from the date you bought your device. This might also be extended by the manufacturer’s warranty.

If we can't help, you'll get the option to book your faulty device in for a repair online. Once you're booked in we usually collect your device the next working day, or you can select your own collection date.

Returning your device
Alternatively you can arrange your return or repair by contacting us.
Once you've sent your device in, our approved technicians will inspect and repair it. If it's deemed unrepairable then you may be able to get a replacement and we'll call you to arrange this. We normally return your repaired or replacement device within 7-10 working days.
Tracking your repair
To track delivery and receipt of your device, enter your parcel number in the DPD tracking tool.
To track the status of your repair, enter your customer reference number and postcode on our tracking site. You'll receive this reference number once we receive your device at our accredited repair site.
