If you're having a problem with your device, you may be able to repair it using our device guides. They provide detailed help using step-by-step instructions.
 
If your device develops a fault then you may be able to get free repairs under warranty.

Your device comes with a 12 month Tesco Mobile warranty, which starts from the date you bought your device. This might also be extended by the manufacturer’s warranty.
 
Below is an example of what happens to your device when you send it in.
 
 
Returning your device

To arrange your return or repair, contact us and so we can deal with your query as quickly as possible, have the following to hand when you call:
 
  • Your receipt
  • Make and model number of your device
  • Your device’s IMEI number
To find your device’s IMEI number, dial *#06# from your device. It could also be on the box your device came in; behind a removable battery or printed on your contract.
 
 
When you call our Customer Care team, we’ll let you know if your device’s still under warranty. Your device will be deemed out of warranty if the Tesco Mobile or manufacturer date period has expired. It will also be deemed outside of warranty condition if it’s been subjected to any physical or liquid damage. We may still be able to repair your device for you, but it will be chargable.
 
Track your repair

To keep track of your repair enter your customer reference number and postcode on our tracking site.

To use this site your device must have already been booked in for a repair with us.
