Follow the instructions and using your device’s keypad, you'll need to confirm:
- The Tesco Mobile number you want to top-up
- If you want to top-up by credit or debit card
- Credit card number
- Expiry date
- CV2 number (the last three digits on the signature strip on the back of the card)
- Your house number
- The numbers from your postcode
- Amount you want to top up (minimum £10)
You'll receive a text message to confirm the top-up: ‘Top-up successful - your new balance is £xx.xx’.
If you have any problems entering the information, you'll automatically be transferred to a Customer Service advisor.
