If you’re joining Tesco Mobile and want to keep your existing number you need to ask for a PAC code from your old network.
Make sure the device you’ll be using works with a Tesco Mobile SIM – you might need to ask your old network provider to unlock it.
With our new text service, it’s as easy as 1, 2, 3.
- Text PORT to 23424 from the number you want to replace. It’s free from any Tesco Mobile device or SIM
- You’ll get a text from us asking you to reply with the mobile number you want to keep and then another text asking for your PAC code
- We’ll then text you to let you know the date it’ll happen – you’ll get this text within 24 hours to the number you told us you wanted to keep
