1. The BlackBerry® Internet Service is available to Tesco Mobile BlackBerry® customers only.
  2. To use Tesco Mobile BlackBerry® Internet Service you must be on a Tesco Mobile BlackBerry® Pay monthly tariff or have activated and paid for Tesco Mobile BlackBerry® Pay as you go Bundle. You must also have an enabled and compatible BlackBerry® device.
  3. For Pay monthly customers Tesco Mobile Pay monthly Service and Pay monthly Tariff terms and conditions and Tesco Mobile Pay monthly Privacy Policy also apply.
  4. For Pay as you go customers Tesco Mobile Pay as you go Service, Pay as you go Tariff and Pay as you go BlackBerry® Bundle terms and conditions and Tesco Mobile Pay as you go Privacy Policy also apply.
  5. Tesco Mobile BlackBerry® Internet Service allows you to send and receive as many emails as you like, surf the web using the BlackBerry® browser and via Tesco Mobile WAP browsing, use BlackBerry® Messenger and Yahoo!® Messenger instant messaging. Your data allowance will be set out in your tariff terms and conditions. Out of allowance usage will be charged at the standard data rate. See www.tescomobile.com for current prices. Use of push email service and web browsing is subject to Tesco Mobile’s BlackBerry® Internet Service fair use policy.
  6. Integration of email accounts is subject to your email service provider and IT infrastructure, policies and ts and cs. We will not be liable if you are unable to integrate your email, please check with your email service and IT infrastructure provider(s). Integration of emails accounts is limited to a maximum of 10.
  7. Tesco Mobile cannot guarantee the availability of third party services providers.
  8. Yahoo!® Messenger is currently free to download and charges for usage are included within your monthly tariff until further notice. We reserve the right to introduce charges for Yahoo!® Messenger and/or withdraw the use of Yahoo!® Messenger with 30 days notice. If you do not wish to pay for Yahoo!® Messenger, you may terminate your use of Yahoo!® Messenger (but you will not be entitled to terminate your BlackBerry® Internet Service from Tesco Mobile contract).
  9. The RIM and BlackBerry® families of related marks, images and symbols are the exclusive properties and trademarks of Research In Motion LimitedTM used by permission. BlackBerry® and 'Always on, Always Connected' are registered with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and may be pending or registered in other countries. Yahoo!® is a registered trademark of Microsoft Inc..
  10. We reserve the right to upgrade and / or change the specification of the BlackBerry® Internet Service from Tesco Mobile at any time. This may entail, but is not limited to, changes to the web interface, rules around the maximum number of days that data will be retained, mailbox capacity and maximum number of email accounts. We will notify you of any significant changes to the BlackBerry® Internet Service from Tesco Mobile.
  11. We also reserve the right to change these BlackBerry® Internet Service Terms (including our charges) at any time. We will give 30 days notice of any significant changes.
  12. If you continue to use the BlackBerry® Internet Service after the date on which the change comes into effect, your use of the BlackBerry® Internet Service indicates that you agree to the changed specification and / or BlackBerry® Internet Service Terms and you will be bound by them.
  13. We reserve the right to add to, substitute or to discontinue the BlackBerry® Internet Service at any time.
  14. Notifices will be given by either text message, by email to the email to the email address you registered with us when you first applied for the BlackBerry® Internet Solution or via your bill. Changes will also be notified on the Tesco Mobile website.
  15. The use of BlackBerry® Internet Service whilst roaming is limited to 10mb/day (excluding streaming). If the 10mb limit is breached twice in 90 days then data usage will be barred. Additional data will be charged per MB. The latest Blackberry devices such as the Blackberry Q10 are not able to use this service.   16. BlackBerry® Internet Service Fair Usage Policy: Use of Blackberry Internet Service is subject to the following fair use policy which includes, but is not limited to usage by you (or any third party permitted by you): (i) of the Tesco Mobile Network and / or the BlackBerry® Internet Service for commercial purposes; (ii) which we reasonably believe adversely impacts the service of other customers or may adversely affect the Tesco Mobile Network and / or the BlackBerry® Internet Service ; or (iii) which we reasonably believe excessively or continually exceeds any upper limit which is imposed.
  17. We reserve the right to monitor your usage and, if we reasonably determine that your use is abusive or in breach of our fair usage policy, we may do any or all of the following: (i) request you to moderate your use; (ii) impose further charges in respect of your atypical or abusive use; or (iii) suspend or withdraw your access to the BlackBerry® Internet Service. This will not affect your standard voice and text usage.
  18. Where abuse or breach is suspected, we will endeavour to contact you before taking action in accordance with paragraph 17. In the case of severe abuse, as reasonably determined by us, we reserve the right to suspend your use of the Tesco Mobile BlackBerry® Internet Service, having attempted to contact you first.
