Redemption of gift card

To redeem the gift card, you need to visit gifts.tescomobile.com to register the phone number of your SIM card, and provide your contact details and certain other required information.
Registration for the gift card must be made before 23:59 (BST) on 25 September 2016 (the “End Date”). Claims received after the End Date will be invalid.
You will be sent an email to confirm that your registration has been received.
Upon verification of your details Tesco Mobile will send you an SMS (approx. 19 days after you registered) to confirm verification dispatch of the gift card. Provided your registration is validated, delivery of the gift card will be within 28 days of you registering to redeem the gift card. If you return your Qualifying Purchase before verification you will not be eligible to receive the gift card.
Delivery of the gift card will be to the postal address you provided when you registered to redeem the gift card.
This Promotion is not redeemable with any other offer.
Claims that are incomplete or damaged will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted by Tesco Mobile for lost, delayed or damaged data which occurs during any communication or transmission of claims.

Home From Home VR Prize Draw - Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

1. Eligibility: This promotion is only open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 or over.  Secondees to Tesco Mobile or employees of its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible, nor are members of those employees’ families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners).

2. Promotion Period: You can enter the prize draw between 00:00 on 23 May 2016 and 23:59 on 30 June 2016.

The prize must be taken by 30 November 2016 and is subject to availability.

The prize does not include travel insurance, meals and drinks other than those stated, travel to UK departure airport, UK airport parking, spa treatments, activities other than stated and any other hotel or holiday expenditure. 

The prize winner is responsible for providing comprehensive travel insurance, organising valid passport(s) and securing any necessary visas or complying with other regulations prior to departure.

The Promoter is not responsible for any injury or death sustained on activity or on any of the holidays. Neither the Promoter nor the prize supplier are liable for costs or expenses sustained outside of what is described, insofar as such liability can be limited in law. 

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to a third party.

All taxes, insurances, transfers, and other expenses (including without limitation meals or personal expenses upgrades), unless specifically stated, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Moderation: Entries will be rejected if they:

  • contain defamatory, malicious, indecent or other inappropriate content including sexist or racist language or imagery;
  • include the names, likenesses, photographs or similar of any individual without their express permission;
  • contain immoral or obscene behaviour;
  • condone or encourage violent or anti-social behaviour;
  • cause offence on the ground of religion, gender, sexual orientation, nudity, disability or age;
  • refer to any brand other than the Promoter; or
  • represent a danger, health and safety fear or distress.

How the winner will be chosen: The winner will be randomly selected from entries submitted in accordance with these terms. The draw will be performed by a random computer process.  The draw will take place within 5 working days after the end of the Promotion Period.

Winner Notification and Claim: The winner will be notified by email within 5 working days after the end of the Promotion Period. The winner will have 7 days to respond to the initial notification confirming acceptance of the prize, and failure to comply with this timeframe may result in disqualification of that winner and the prize being awarded to a reserve winner selected in the same manner.

Please allow 30 days for delivery of the prize from the date of prize acceptance.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries or claims that are late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected, network failure or delayed.

Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.  Incomplete or illegible entries, entries by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter), and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted.  If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that participant’s entries into the draw in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.

2.     Entries must be received by 11.59pm on Sunday 4th September 2016 ("Promotional Period").

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. 1. Eligibility: This promotion is only open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 16 or over. 2. Promotion Period: Enter between 13.10.15 and 30.10.15.

3. No purchase is necessary; however entrants must be Tesco Mobile customers and have internet access. Data charges may apply.

4. To Enter: To enter the promotion, visit the specific competition page at www.tescomobilecompetition.com and view the #wakeup video. Entrants will be required to answer a multiple choice question about the video to win. Fill in the entry form and click to enter.

5. Maximum of one entry per person. If more entries than the limit listed are sent from the same mobile number set up by the same entrant, only the first entry will be valid. Entrants cannot use multiple mobiles to enter and will be immediately disqualified.

6. All correct entries received during the Promotional Period will be entered into a prize draw. One winner will be selected at random using a verifiable computerised system.

8. Moderation: Entries will be rejected if they:

d. condone or encourage violent or anti-social behaviour;

9. Winner Notification and Claim: The winner will be notified by email or SMS within 10 working days after the end of the Promotion Period. The winner will have 7 working days to respond to the initial notification confirming acceptance of the prize, and failure to comply with this timeframe may result in disqualification of that winner and the prize being awarded to a reserve winner selected in the same manner.

10. Please allow 30 working days for delivery of the prize from the date of prize acceptance.

11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries or claims that are late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected, network failure or delayed.

If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that participant’s entries into the draw in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.

21. Redemption of gift card

  2. Redemptions can be done after purchase of the qualifying handset and establishment of eligibility but must be before 23:59 on 18th October 2015 (the “End Date”). Claims received after the End Date will be invalid.
  3. Participants will be sent an email to confirm that their claim has been received.
  4. Upon verification of the claim Tesco Mobile will send a second email to participants (approx. 15 days after the claim) to confirm verification and the delivery details for the gift card. Provided the claim is validated, delivery of the gift card will be within 28 days of the claim being made. 1.     Only open to residents of the UK, (inc. Channel Islands and Isle of Man) aged 18 or over. Secondees to Tesco Mobile or employees of its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible.

2.     Entries must be received by 11.59pm on Sunday 4th September 2016 ("Promotional Period").

3.     To enter: During the Promotional Period go to the unique survey link provided in your SMS or email invite. Answer the questions and enter your email address. All valid entries will be entered into the prize draw.

4.     Only one entry per person, per phone number throughout the Promotional Period is permitted.
