500MB Free 30 Day Data Bundle Promotion - Terms and Conditions

1. The promotional 500MB Free Welcome Bundle (“Promotional Bundle”) is available to new and upgrading Tesco Mobile Pay as you go customers who purchase and activate using an eligible Tesco Mobile mobile data capable handset valued over £50, between 00:00 on 24th February 2014 and 23:59 on 25th May 2014.

2. Your Promotional Bundle will automatically be applied within approximately 72 hours after your first top up has been applied to your new phone. You will receive a text message to tell you when your Promotional Bundle is activated within 72 hours of your first top up on your new phone.

3. Your Promotional Bundle can be used for mobile data from the UK only. Mobile data usage outside the UK will be charged in accordance with our standard roaming Pay as you go rates.

4. By using your Promotional Bundle you will be deemed to have accepted and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5. Your Promotional Bundle will last for one calendar month from the date of activation or until you have used all of your 500MB, if sooner. You will receive a text message telling you when your Promotional Bundle is coming to an end.

6. Once your Promotional Bundle has expired, you will be automatically opted in to our monthly 500MB data bundle, which costs £5 per month from your top-up, and this will automatically renew every month, unless you text STOP DATA free to 28948.

7.  If you don't have enough credit when your data bundle expires, your data bundle will be automatically cancelled and you will be charged for using mobile data in accordance with our standard Pay as you go rates.

8. If you opt-out of the data bundle you will be charged for using mobile data in accordance with our standard Pay as you go rates.

9. Your Promotional Bundle cannot be transferred. To remain eligible for the Promotional Bundle, you must stay connected to Tesco Mobile Pay as you go with the same mobile phone number.

10. Each time you use mobile data we will take it from your Promotional Bundle.

11. If you breach these terms, or if there has been any fraud or abuse of these terms and conditions, we reserve the right to withdraw the Promotional Bundle and seek reimbursement of charges for mobile data you have used in accordance with our standard tariff. We reserve the right to replace, amend or withdraw any of the Promotional Bundles or these terms at any time on reasonable notice.

12. Regardless of the amount of mobile data used, you must not use your SIM; in, or connected to, any device other than the one it was supplied with or intended by us for use with (for example a mobile phone SIM tariff is intended for use in a mobile phone not a modem). This includes putting your SIM card into a modem, modem usage or internet tethering on your device unless stated; or in such a way that we reasonable believe adversely impacts the service to other Tesco Mobile customers.

13. Unused mobile data cannot be carried forward or rolled over into any other Bundle. No credits or refunds will be given.

14. If you’re on a Tesco Mobile Pay as you go tariff which offers free credit, the Promotional Bundle is available in addition to any free credit available on that tariff however, mobile data usage will be taken from your Promotional Bundle first until your Promotional Bundle allowance is fully used up before your free credit is used. 

15. The Tesco Mobile General Terms and Conditions, Pay as you go Terms and Conditions and Pay as you go Service Terms and Conditions also apply.

16. These terms apply with effect from 24/02/2014.

Perfect Combo Deals (Mobile and or tablet):

1) Contract: All Bundle-Product deals are sold subject to (i) a 24 month credit agreement at 0% APR and (ii) a 24 month service contract both with Tesco Mobile Ltd. and both to run concurrently.

2) Payment method: Payment by monthly Direct Debit is required and you must be 18 years or over to apply. 

3) Change of mind: You’ve got the right to withdraw from the credit agreement for your devices for up to 14 days from the day after we send you your CCA confirmation email. If you change your mind, you must send both devices back to us ‘as sold’ for refund and where possible in original packaging and with all accessories.

4) Lost or stolen devices: if either one or both of your devices is damaged, lost, or stolen you remain responsible for the payment of those devices until all credit relating to the device has been paid in full.

5) Service Agreement:  Included minutes and texts are limited to calls/texts to 01, 02, 03 and standard UK mobiles numbers only; where chargeable calls/texts to these numbers are 25p per minute/10p per text. 08 max call cost 20p pm, 070 personal numbers max call cost 50ppm.

Tesco Mobile and blinkbox voucher promotion - Terms and Conditions

1.    These are the Terms and Conditions for the ‘Tesco Mobile blinkbox Christmas Offer’ promotion (the “Promotion”) for blinkbox customers with Tesco Mobile (the “Promoter”). 
2.    The blinkbox Movie & TV promotion is available to new and upgrading Tesco Mobile Pay as you go & Pay monthly customers, who buy an eligible Tesco Mobile Pay as you go mobile phone or Pay monthly phone or SIM only deal, between 00:00 on 28th October 2013 and ends on the earlier of 23:59 on 24th December 2013 or when stocks of blinkbox gift vouchers run out.
3.    Tesco Mobile Pay as you go customers who buy a phone at £50 or above will receive a £10 blinkbox gift voucher, and customers who buy a phone at £49.99 or below will receive a £5 blinkbox voucher.  
4.    Eligible Pay as you go customers will receive their blinkbox movie gift voucher code along with instructions on how to redeem it. A text will be sent from the Promoter in the 7 Days after their first top up has been applied to their new phone. 
5.    Tesco Mobile Pay monthly customers who take out a phone tariff contract under £12.49 per month will receive a £10 blinkbox gift voucher, or for phone tariffs at £12.50 or above will receive a £20 blinkbox gift voucher, or for a 12 month SIM only tariff will receive a £20 blinkbox gift voucher or for 1 month SIM only tariff will receive a £5 blinkbox gift voucher.

Pay Monthly 'Recommend A Friend' - Terms & Conditions

  1. All Tesco Mobile Pay monthly account holders who receive the Pay Monthly 'Recommend a Friend' offer in their online Pay monthly phone bill will be awarded 1,000 Clubcard points for each friend they get to join Tesco Mobile Pay monthly.
  2. There is no limit to how many friends you can recommend to join Tesco Mobile Pay monthly but they must fulfil qualification criteria each time. To qualify for 1,000 free points, your friend must call 0845 301 4455, quote ‘FRIEND’ and your Tesco Mobile Pay monthly phone number.
  3. The qualification criteria is that each friend must remain connected to Tesco Mobile Pay monthly, and make full bill payments, for 2 months.
  4. Clubcard points will be awarded in the next available quarterly Clubcard statement. In order to receive points, the customer who has made the recommendation must have their mobile registered to their Clubcard (call 282 free from a Tesco Mobile phone to do this or call Customer on 4455).

  1. All customers who receive a specific text message from Tesco Mobile will receive 300 free Tesco Clubcard Points if they register their Tesco Mobile to a Tesco Clubcard by the date specified in the text.
