  9. To qualify for the extra Clubcard points, eligible participants must link their Clubcard to their Tesco Mobile account by calling 282 free from their qualifying handset and register their Clubcard number by 23:59 on 11th June 2017 (the “End Date”). Clubcard registrations received after the End Date will be invalid.
  10.  Clubcard points will be issued within 28 days of qualifying, subject to eligibility requirements and the points will be available in your August Clubcard statement which will arrive between 31st July - 13th August and show under the Tesco Mobile section on the statement.
  11. Participants will be sent an SMS or email (approx. 19 days after qualifying) to confirm that their Clubcard points have been issued to Tesco Clubcard by Tesco Mobile.
  12. Participants who return their qualifying handset are not eligible to receive the Clubcard points.

    General

  19. Tesco Mobile will not be responsible or liable for any: (a) failure to receive submissions due to transmission failures and other conditions beyond its reasonable control; (b) late, lost, misrouted, or damaged transmissions of data; (c) computer or communications related malfunctions or failures; (d) disruptions, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of Tesco Mobile; or (e) printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Promotion.
  20. Participants will be solely responsible for any and all applicable taxes and any other relevant costs and expenses which are not stated in these terms and conditions as being included.
  21. By participating in this Promotion, you agree, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, to release and hold Tesco Mobile harmless from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from participation in or in connection with the Promotion, including without limitation, awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of Clubcard points. The above limitation of liability shall not apply to liability arising from fraud (including fraudulent misrepresentation), death or personal injury caused as a result of Tesco Mobile’s negligence.

Promotional Terms and Conditions

To qualify for the Promotion:

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials.   1.   6. The Prize:

  7. Moderation: Entries will be rejected if they:

  9. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries or claims that are late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected, network failure or delayed.
  10. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable unless otherwise stated and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation. Any person found selling their prize will be disqualified and asked to return their prize.

  3. You will be sent an email to confirm that your registration has been received.
  4. Upon verification of your details Tesco Mobile will send you an SMS (approx. 19 days after you registered the claim) to confirm verification dispatch of the gift card. Provided your registration is validated, delivery of the gift card will be within 28 days of you registering to redeem the gift card. Tesco Mobile will not be responsible or liable for any: (a) failure to receive submissions due to transmission failures and other conditions beyond its reasonable control; (b) late, lost, misrouted, or damaged transmissions or claims; (c) computer or communications related malfunctions or failures; (d) disruptions, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of Tesco Mobile; or (e) printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Promotion.
  2. In order to participate in the Promotion you will need access to the internet to register to claim your Free £15 iTunes gift card.
  3. By participating in this Promotion, you agree, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, to release and hold Tesco Mobile harmless from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from participation in or in connection with the Promotion, including without limitation, awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of the gift card. The above limitation of liability shall not apply to liability arising from fraud (including fraudulent misrepresentation), death or personal injury caused as a result of Tesco Mobile’s negligence.

  2. Entries must be received by the date specified in the email or text message we sent you.
  3. To enter: During the Promotional Period go to the unique survey link provided in your SMS or email invite. Answer the questions and enter your email address. All valid entries will be entered into the prize draw.
  4. Only one entry per person, per phone number throughout the Promotional Period is permitted.
  5. Prize Winners to receive a £50 Tesco gift card, for full gift card terms and conditions please go to https://www.giftcards.tesco.com/Terms-and-Conditions. Any expenses or costs not explicitly specified in these terms and conditions are excluded.
